2026 applications
Next year we’ll keep doing the same things we’re doing this year, helping riders to progress and excel at Regional A all the way up to National level racing. This means providing a supportive space to learn, with a mentor, financial & product support and great team mates around you.
As you hopefully know, the bigger mission of the team is to get more women racing bikes and when you join us, you become part of that mission too.
This year we will be taking on more riders from outside of London, dependant on experience. However, we will continue our commitment to developing riders in the London with at least 50% of places for London based riders.
Please read the below information in full before applying. Please note, we are not able to support beginner racers, if you do get in touch we can help direct you to a club or sessions that can support your development.
What you can expect from us
✨ A space to learn and develop as a rider
✨ To be part of our mentoring programme and paired with a mentor who’s been there & done it before
✨ An opportunity to take leadership roles in racing or within the team, including opportunities to support women’s cycling community
✨ Support from Cyclefit, our service course, with access to bike fitting and mechanical support
✨ Access to our team bike offer, Ridley Falcn (ask for more info)
✨ Financial and product based support
✨ Workshops, skills sessions and socials throughout the year
We aim to match or better our financial offer from this year. This year we covered entry fees for the Team Cup Series and National A Road & Circuit Series, plus a contribution to accommodation/travel for National A racing. This will be complimented by product support from current or new sponsors, to be confirmed before the end of the year.
What we’d like from you
✨ Commitment to race throughout the season (approx. March – September). This means planning to compete in a minimum 10-15 events consistently across that time period. This should be primarily road & circuit races
✨ The ambition to progress as a racer. Whether that’s from Regional A to National B or up to National A level racing. You’re open to learn and willing to work hard to get there
✨ At a minimum, competed in Regional A road racing or above, experience at National B would be great.
If you’re already competing at National A / B’s we’d also love to hear from you, as we take a team of 4-5 riders to each National A Road & Circuit Series
Or you may be transferring from another sport at a high level eg. rowing.
✨ An understanding and commitment to our values. We’re a close bunch and having respect for each other as racers and humans is number one
✨To play an active part in the team. This includes taking part in our focus races, promoting our sponsors, representing the team at sponsor events, willing to take a role in team tactics, and sometimes just coming along to support your team mates at a race
